Study Yourself™

My work is grounded in the practice of self-study through reflective writing. Through guided reflection, you'll discover patterns you didn't know you had, process what you've sacrificed, and create what's possible next.

Why reflective writing?

High achievers like you may have been living in your head: planning, strategizing, and performing. Writing helps you reconnect to your body, your emotions, and your authentic voice underneath all the conditioning.

"When you're writing, you're trying to find out something which you don't know. The whole language of writing for me is finding out what you don't want to know, what you don't want to find out. But something forces you to anyway."
— James Baldwin

The power of reflective writing is that it reveals what you've been avoiding, what you've been too busy to feel, and what you've sacrificed in the pursuit of success.

How I Coach

  • Intuitive support that meets the complexity of your lived experience
  • Flexible structure that turns insight into aligned action

My Methodology

I use the Hudson Coaching Methodology because it honors you as a whole person, not just your goals and accomplishments. With an emphasis on guided journaling and experiential learning, it helps you study yourself with honesty, integrate what you discover, and take aligned action that reflects who you're becoming.

My approach combines Hudson's framework with the Healing & Rebuilding Cycle - a process that mirrors burnout recovery: recognizing patterns, pausing old behaviors, reflecting on what you've sacrificed, realigning with your values, and reinventing what's possible.

My Training & Credentials

I'm an ACC-certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and certified by the Hudson Institute of Coaching. The ACC credential requires rigorous training (60+ hours), mentor-supervised coaching experience (100+ hours), and adherence to ICF's ethical standards. This ensures that our work together is grounded in professional coaching competencies, confidentiality, and a commitment to your growth and autonomy.
