“Mona was gentle and supportive while also maintaining a firm and challenging pace. She kept me accountable, asked insightful and thought-provoking questions, and assessed my progress in a way that was easy for me to follow and engage with. Overall, Mona provided encouragement that not only met my needs but also exceeded what I hoped to get from our sessions.” - Coaching Client

Mona Khalil, Egyptian-Guyanese-American executive and leadership coach

About Mona Khalil

As a first-generation Egyptian-Guyanese-American, I've rebuilt my life multiple times. My 20-year career has taken me from the Peace Corps to Big Tech (Tesla, LinkedIn) and Fortune 500s. I know what it's like to succeed on paper while losing yourself in the process. Now, I help high achievers navigate and rebuild through reflective writing and values-based coaching.

"Writing is really a way of thinking—not just feeling but thinking about things that are disparate, unresolved, mysterious, problematic or just sweet." — Toni Morrison

I'm ACC-certified through ICF and trained in the Hudson Institute's transformational coaching methodology.
