☞ "I am a better writer, a better coach, and a better human being after having worked with Mona." — Kelly H., Writer & Coach
You don’t need another productivity plan. You need a pause.
You’ve done everything right. The degrees. The promotions. The strong performance reviews. And yet lately, it’s been feeling heavier.
You’re capable and accomplished, but second-guessing yourself more than you used to. You’re still performing, but less connected to what once mattered. You can sense a gap between where you are and where you want to be, even if you can’t name it yet.
I work differently. Through reflective writing and coaching, we slow things down enough to notice what’s happening internally. Action and clarity can inform each other rather than compete.
The practice of clarity and action builds self-trust.

About Mona Khalil
As a first-generation Egyptian-Guyanese-American, I've rebuilt my life multiple times. My 20-year career has taken me from the Peace Corps to Big Tech (Tesla, LinkedIn) and Fortune 500s. I know what it's like to succeed on paper while losing yourself in the process. Now, I partner with high-achieving clients to navigate complexity and rebuild self-trust through reflective writing and values-based coaching.
I'm an ACC-certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, a certified coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and I participate in ongoing coaching supervision. I hold myself to the same standard of growth I bring to every client.
What I stand for
Every client deserves a coaching space that honors who they are. I believe the answer isn’t out there. It’s in you. I stand for self-trust, discernment, and making changes that align with your values rather than external expectations. Through the Study Yourself® practice, I help high achievers recognize their patterns, reconnect with their own authority, and choose from a place of clarity, without shrinking who you are.
