Journaling has been a part of Mona's life for 28 years. It began as a private, personal practice—a safe space to explore her thoughts and feelings as a whole person versus how the world wanted to experience her. For 23 years now, it's become a regular, transformative practice that grounds her in courage, growth, and self-discovery.
