Join us on or off camera. This event will be held online and live. This will not be recorded for distribution. No level of experience is required. This is a space for you to write and share at your comfort level.
Got a journal? Bring something to write on and something to write with. Come join us. I will lead you through a guided meditation and multiple writing exercises as an invitation to connect with yourself.
