Do you have a size chart?

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 5-7 business days.
You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking link at the email address used at checkout.
What is your return + exchange policy?
All clothing sales are final. Exchanges and returns will not be accepted.
I entered the wrong address, can you change it?
We will do our best to fix any order mistakes but we cannot guarantee changes to your order. Please email us right away with your correct information. We are not liable for missing, lost or stolen packages and we are unable to request address changes with the carrier once the package has been processed.
Is the journal binding intentionally unattached to the spine?
Yes. The design has a lay flat binding to write easily and be inclusive of right-handed and left-handed folks.

We anticipate delays in shipping as important safety measures are being taken across all stages of fulfillment due to COVID-19.
Once you place your order, your package will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
Free shipping on orders over $50 USD. For orders under $49.99, you will be charged the Priority Mail Flat Rate Medium Box shipping fee orders are shipped in.

Please note that orders being shipped to the US may be held at your local postal facility pending payment of taxes or additional fees.
If you have not received a tracking number, please email us at shop@monakhalil.com with your order number and we will get an update to you as soon as possible.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
All clothing sales are final. Exchanges and returns will not be accepted.
We will gladly accept the return or exchange of all other unused products within 14 days of receipt. Products to be returned/exchanged must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back. The customer is also responsible for any taxes involved with the return shipment. In the event of a refund, any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
If an item is damaged, or you have any concerns with your product(s), please email us a photo and a description of the concern within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.
To make a return or exchange, please email us at shop@monakhalil.com within 14 days of receipt.
To cancel an order, please email us at shop@monakhalil.com immediately as we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please email us at shop@monakhalil.com with your order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. We’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out.
Kindly understand that we’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out, this goes for cancellation and address changes. Please reach out to us with all information regarding your request and we will do our best to accommodate.
Refunds due to Cancellation
Once you have shipped your return back to us, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your refund, as we need to confirm the receipt of product before processing any reimbursements. Please note any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your refund has been processed you can expect a confirmation email detailing the transaction in the next 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please let us know and we will assist you as soon as we can.
Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). You should see a transaction for the return posted on your card within 3 business days of the refund being processed.
