Calendar and Topics

Sundays, noon-1:30pm PST

Topics are subject to change

July 26 | Coming Home

Who were you before the world told you who to be? We begin by creating a sense of safety to look honestly at ourselves without judgment.

August 30 | Reclaim Your Voice

Recognize where you learned to shrink. This session is about moving from surviving to agency. Meet your voice on the page.

September 27 | What If You Could?

Release the limits you accepted that were never actually yours. Shift from I cannot to what if I could.

October 25 | Grit

Build self-trust through the rollercoaster, not despite it. Learn to hear your own voice amid doubt and noise.

November 29 | Be Gentle

Treat yourself with the same care you give everyone else. Self-forgiveness is not weakness. It is the deepest form of strength.

December 20 | Reflection

We close by looking back honestly at everything the year asked of us. We name what shifted, what stayed, and what we want to carry into 2027.

"Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given to you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer." — Rainer Maria Rilke

Study Yourself®

A space to Study Yourself®. In every Monthly Pages session, reflective writing is the primary tool. Here is why it works so well. Reflective writing is a thinking tool that builds self-trust.

High-achievers often move through the world in two ways: some live primarily in their heads, planning and problem-solving; others live through action, creating, exploring, and moving toward what’s next.

Reflective writing reveals:

  • Patterns you have normalized
  • Internal conflicts you have not named
  • The cost of staying disconnected from yourself

As Toni Morrison wrote:

"Writing is really a way of thinking—not just feeling but thinking about things that are disparate, unresolved, mysterious, problematic or just sweet."

Writing slows the mind enough to surface what has been overlooked, avoided, or abandoned.

Dear Mango®

Dear Mango® began as a personal inquiry. A quiet curiosity about my name, lineage across cultures, and our collective love of mangoes. Like mangoes that traveled across oceans and took root everywhere, we all carry stories that connect us.
