You Just Don't Break, Do You?
Listen on: Apple Podcasts | Spotify | YouTube
A podcast about learning to trust yourself when the world expects you to keep performing.
This podcast is for the ones nobody bet on. The high achievers who broke every statistic and every chain handed to them. The people who look successful on paper but feel the gap between where they are and where they want to be. The ones who rebuilt from the inside out, over and over.
Dear Mango is not about toxic positivity or performing healing. It is about studying yourself to trust yourself. You have been putting your life into words. Living with intention. Reflecting. Connecting the dots. Breaking cycles. Blueprinting.
This is where we do that work out loud.
About the Host:
I am Mona Khalil. First-generation Egyptian Guyanese American. I know what it costs to succeed on paper while quietly losing yourself. My path took me from the Peace Corps to Big Tech. I rebuilt myself more than once along the way. I did not only study this work. I survived it.
I am an ICF-certified Transformational Coach and the Creator of the Study Yourself Practice.
New episodes every other Monday.
Know your worth and never trust anyone who tells you you are not worth what you have worked for.
