Who I Work With

My work is grounded in care, curiosity, and the belief that every client deserves a coaching space that honors who they are. I empower BIPOC professionals, first-generation leaders, and anyone navigating the intersections of (mixed) race, gender, class, sexuality, age, ability, and other lived experiences. Intersectionality is a framework developed by Kimberlé Crenshaw that recognizes that overlapping identities create unique experiences that can't be understood in isolation.

This coaching space welcomes anyone who's been told or felt they're too much or not enough in certain spaces. If you're tired of downplaying parts of yourself to fit in, or if you've been searching for support that honors your full humanity, you're in the right place.

My Methodology

I leverage the Hudson Coaching Methodology because it honors you as a whole person, not just your goals and accomplishments. With an emphasis on guided journaling and experiential learning, it helps you study yourself with honesty, integrate what you discover, and take aligned action that reflects who you're becoming.

My Training & Credentials

I'm an ACC-certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and certified by the Hudson Institute of Coaching. The ACC credential requires rigorous training (60+ hours), mentor-supervised coaching experience (100+ hours), and adherence to ICF's ethical standards. This ensures that our work together is grounded in professional coaching competencies, confidentiality, and a commitment to your growth and autonomy.

What This Means for You

Our work together provides structured guidance with room for exploration. You'll have clear frameworks and accountability while maintaining autonomy over your choices and pace. Through guided reflection and experiential exercises, you'll develop clarity about what matters most, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and build practical strategies for moving forward authentically, all within a space of honest self-examination without judgment.

Why Clients Choose This Work

Most of my clients have been thinking about their challenges for a while. What makes coaching different is the focus on growth, development, and implementation. Not just insight, but action. You'll gain unexpected breakthroughs about patterns you didn't know you had, and practical tools to take next steps.
